The original tiny house

The new owners of this tiny house on the island of Sowie, which is north of Portland, USA, decided not to expand the living area, but to redistribute it. This allowed more efficient use of existing space.

It is noteworthy that a lot of money was not spent during the repair: most of the materials were secondary, so the young family managed to save money.

The final result of this transformation is a compact, functional and roomy space with the most efficient use of free space. The whole house creates the impression of spaciousness due to the large number of built-in furniture, including beds, cabinets and even curbstones.

The ceiling has an open type, which makes the room more free. However, over the bedroom and the bathroom, it is slightly reduced, because it was required for the organization of the attic. In the children's room there are two bunk beds and one classic double bed, which will comfortably accommodate all the kids, and guests who often come from the owners.

New windows significantly expand the visual space, making it even more beautiful and cozy. It should be noted and the fact that the land on which the house is located, can fully provide residents with everything necessary, because it has fruit trees, orchards and greenhouses.

A tiny house is far from a sentence. If you think carefully, carefully plan everything and successfully implement it, you can get a very spacious and roomy space. You should never get upset, because human creativity is capable of much.
