Countryside резиденция The Stoneridge was developed by Assembledge + in conjunction with Billy Rose Design. The project was completed in 2010 and is located in the Bel Air mountains of Los Angeles, California. It was the renovation of a small hotel built in 1991 at 11,781 square feet.

Such a large area of ​​the residence is not empty, but rather densely arranged and organized. Most of it, of course, is vegetation - lush, colorful and picturesque, but there was a place and a huge pool with sun loungers, for a pleasant stay guests.

During the renovation of the building, it was decided to minimize the appearance of the building and preserve its pristine beauty, namely, the facing red brick remained "the old blood", it was only slightly restored and renovated.

But what about the interior decoration of the building, so here architects from Assembledge + farewell to glory! What is it worth only a wall near the stairs leading to the second floor - an amazing work of art! The entire interior of the residence is made with the latest technology and sophisticated minimalism. There is a fireplace in the building. The second floor is made as transparent as possible, due to large windows to the whole wall, for the opportunity to observe the amazing scenery of the San Fernando Valley. The house has a lot of free space to move guests, as well as for playing in it. In the basement of the residence there is ... a cinema!
