The experience of architects from Taiwan, the company Z-Axis Design, has been developed by the richest practice of "communication" with small-sized apartments. Anyone who is interested in the design of such housing, their work and some realized ideas may be interesting.
The apartment we are considering is located in a multi-storey building in the central part of the city. The main contingent residing in this place is families with kids and, in general, people under 30 years of age. The designed interior is full of small tricks, such as using color and small details to visually enlarge the room.
The authors decided not to experiment with color, the apartment is made in a single tone, which allows it to visually expand and give more maneuver for self-expression. Only in one place did the decorators allow themselves to fantasize a little and diversify the little bedroom in orange.
The living room is completely white, starting from the very bottom - from the floor to the ceilings.
Diluting the monotonous range of the apartment, the designers added to the room different little things that harmoniously and aesthetically blended into the overall concept of the project. This and all sorts of shelves, and creative works of art, and interesting interior items.
A special highlight in the apartment brings a white "brick" wall in the living room. The chair stands near the wall. A great atmosphere is created for immersion in reading or a measured conversation with guests.
A good solution that was used in this apartment is to drown the cabinets for books and things in the walls, and thus visually expand the space.
