The residence was built in 2011, the project was presented by the architectural group COA, in collaboration with Fuchs, Wacker architects on the coast of Cape Town in South Africa. Since there are strong winds on the coast, and residents would not like to feel them constantly, it was decided to surround the courtyard with walls so that residents could enjoy the pool in peace and tranquility.

This modern house overlooking the beach is designed in a minimalist style, special attention was paid to the privacy of the owners, as well as the space and light of the premises. The main goal of the house is to become a haven for surfers and just lovers of beaches and recreation on the coast. Become a kind of pleasant place for a passive rest, after a violent active water rush in the afternoon.
