Alexander Shumtsov (Arush Votsmush) was born in 1967 in the city of Omsk, graduated from the Crimean Art College, threw VGIK, two years after studying at the rate of "Animation." And since 1991, only engaged in creativity, works only in watercolor and lives on two cities - Moscow and Sevastopol.
