Life in the house on wheels: small family joys
Life in a house on wheels is both inviting and frightening. On the one hand - the feeling of infinite freedom, on the other - the lack of stability and a lot of inconvenience. Yes, and many do not understand why to give up a comfortable existence in a warm cozy apartment for the sake of a nomadic way of life. But more and more people prefer to live this way.
The Mat and Danielle spouses retired from work, sold the house and traveled for two years in a van in Canada and the US. They believe that in life the main thing is not wealth, but new impressions.
Always light
Mat and Danielle from the very beginning wanted to live simply and without embarrassment. But then they twirled into the frenzied rhythm of modern life, the pursuit of the best position at work and debts for a mortgage. In the end, the couple decided that they could not endure such stress, and found a home that suited their philosophy of life.
Now they live in a wagon on wheels, which is like a cheap apartment in the suburbs. Recently they made repairs there on their own, and for money saved traveled about a year.
In the kitchen, to save space, there is a folding table, original pockets for kitchen utensils and a small container for dirty laundry.

A year later the family returned to Otava. Danielle found work at home, and Mat became a designer. They use solar panels for trouble-free computer operation. Thus, the couple are always connected, although they have not used a mobile phone for three years.

Not everyone likes a nomadic way of life, but Danielle says that they are not always on the move. Sometimes they stay at home for several months, and sometimes visit friends and family, but, of course, the guys have become much more active and mobile than when they lived in an ordinary house.

Spouses say that the nomadic life has its disadvantages, but they chose it to combine work and travel. Recently, many people follow their example. Would you take the risk of taking such a step?
