The project of the agency AP 1211 is a two-level attic with bright, very joyful ornaments. Alan Chu, whose work we already represented on the site of Small Interiors, completed this project in the Brazilian Sao Paolo.
The idea of reconstruction, according to the master's idea, should create a feeling of freshness and organization, simplicity and dynamic youth, to match the style of the client, a newly divorced businessman. The decor reflects the changes and reorganization in his life. The interior is generally positive, slightly eclectic, and the floors are joined by an unusual spiral staircase.
In the design, the author used glass, concrete and wood, as the most advantageous combination of classical finishing materials. As traditionally established in the design of small rooms, the kitchen and living room are formed in one unitary space.
Near the stairs is a spacious and comfortable couch of neutral colors. The upper floor is adapted to a modern bedroom, designed by a minimalist. Slightly isolated from the rest of the environment, it provides additional privacy.
