Robotic suit HAL (Hybrid Assistive Limb), manufactured by Cyberdyne, in Japan, finally received international safety approval. Developed exoskeleton for 20 years at the University of Tsukuba, and is currently being introduced into the medical system of Japan. For the last year the company Cyberdyne leased about 330 copies. First of all, HAL was developed for the elderly, and people with disabilities.
