Photo of this house in the mountains and invites you to come to visit. Photographer and professional snowboarder Mike Basich after retirement on a small piece of land in the mountains for five years built a house.
Its area is about 25 sq. Km. m. For the construction of the house used natural materials - wood and stone - about 175 tons. Electricity in it is generated by solar panels, the house is heated by firewood.
The snowy chalet
The interior of the wood gives the pentagonal room a sense of harmony and intimacy. Natural light, falling directly into the center of the room, freely penetrates into every corner of it. A fireplace with crackling wood in it fills the room with comfort and tranquility.

Another exciting feature is the two huge glass doors on the southern side of the house. They lead to the patio with a hot bath.
