Architecture Studio 314 has developed an unusual house with an area of 1000 m2 located on a plot of land with an area of 7000 m2 in Athens, Greece. H3 was created to give a sense of soaring over water. Its white walls contrast sharply with the green countryside, its straight lines allow the eye to easily perceive the entire structure of the building. The residence includes bioclimatic design: contact with water gives a sense of calm, and the use of geothermal energy makes H3 environmentally friendly and modern house.
