The open-type residence is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Warm tropical climate allowed to equip the house with sliding panoramic windows the entire height of the house, with open glass doors, the Bourke House turns into a large patio in the open air, blown by warm sea air.
