The design of the building was created during the cooperation of the studios Doepel Strijkers and LEX, which created a modern residence in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The project was named Parksite, as it is the result of the transformation of the ambulance garage into a modern residential building. The original solution for arranging the covered veranda at home, as well as the merit of the architects.

The house has a small groove, which has become a certain center of the building, while creating a place for the second floor. "Zemlyanka" is decorated in bright orange color, all the furniture and stairs were made to order from polyurethane.
