Futuristic supercar from mercedes: biome concept

At the design competition Los Angeles Design Challenge studio designers Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design Studio presented a futuristic concept BIOME. The car is made of natural biofibers - BioFibre, an ultra-light material, thanks to which the weight of the car is only 394 kg. The fuel is a substance BioNectar4534, the so-called chemical compound that concentrates sunlight. According to the developers of the concept, like plants, it can produce oxygen, thereby improving air quality. The very idea of using plant fibers to create separate parts of the car is not new, and it is possible that in the future all these original ideas will be applied, but for now we can only enjoy the appearance of an amazing concept car.
