Two-room house turned into an exclusive garage for 16 cars -

House-garage in Washington, USA

It's time for automotive subjects. Introducing a new vision of garages as such.

Despite its impressive size, when viewed from the street, this belvedere house has only 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Perhaps the owners of this home thought that too much living space would eventually require serious maintenance costs, so they decided to leave a maximum of a square for a roomy garage. This non-traditional by the standards of the inhabitants residence can accommodate 16 cars.

The cost of the house is estimated at $ 4 million. There is everything for the inspection and repair of cars: a practical elevator and a fully equipped workshop.

As you can see in the photos below, the garage was turned into a kind of gallery of cars inside the premises, where all the samples are arranged in accordance with the taste and desire of the owners.

The adjoining living room is separated from the garage by glass windows. The perfect solution, giving the opportunity to admire your car at least the whole day.

The combination of traditional and modern design of the room is manifested in the simultaneous use of wooden beams and a modern type of ceiling lighting.

At the end of the article there is a video, which clearly explains how this house-garage was fully optimized for the placement and movement of vehicles. Be sure to express your opinion on this matter!
