In the city of Kuwana (Mie Prefecture) is Nabano No Sato - flower park with beautiful sprawling gardens and huge greenhouses. Every year from mid-November to mid-March there is the Winter Festival of Light, one of the main attractions of which is the famous "tunnel of light". The park also has a hot spring and several restaurants, including "Beer Garden Nagashima". The park was opened from 9 am to 9 pm, and there are always a lot of people here, especially on weekends.
