But each of us has our own needs and preferences, which not everyone can like. Every person prepares a house for himself and takes his interests into account. Steve Sawyer owns a small room of 17.5 squares, which is located in the Australian city of Seattle. He wanted to independently design his apartment and worked on this project for about seven years.

In the end, he managed to realize his dream: to create a multi-level and comfortable loft, which could accommodate everything you need for a comfortable stay.

As the engineer himself said, for him it is not only his project, but the house, about which he had long dreamed and now embodied it in reality. He proved that even the smallest room can be beautiful and functional.
