Designers and architects from Dublin studios Blacam and Meagher Architects finished a house project in the Morna Valley. Completed in 2012, a stunning luxury home can be seen in the Morna Valley on the Spanish island of Ibiza. According to the architects themselves, the elite house is located on the south side of the slope of the Morne valley, in the very center of the island of Ibiza. The house also has a number of small outbuildings.
The facade of the house is made of concrete blocks - this is the traditional method on the island. The floor is made of local limestone rocks. All elements of the interior, such as equipment, lighting, furniture, etc., as well as external lighting and landscaping - all this was designed by qualified specialists from Blacam and Meagher Architects. As for the ceilings, in the living room, dining room and porch with the hallway, they have twice the height of the usual, but in the bedroom and the bathroom they are slightly below the usual - so it's still more convenient.
An interesting point remains the ability to collect and process rainwater, suitable for use, thanks to a flat roof and special devices.
