Baby in a small apartment - convenient and functional
As you know in each family, sooner or later, the flower-candy period is replaced by a common living space, which in due course has to be equipped. Since the advent of the child, a child in a small apartment becomes especially relevant.
When the baby is growing up, the question of re-planning an apartment is different. The severity of this problem is inversely proportional to the available area. And, unfortunately, the smaller the area, the more pressing the problem.
An Australian architect from Sydney helped the young family solve this problem, despite the 38 meters given to it.
Now all the members of the young family have their own cozy corner in a small but modern apartment. Even for guests, with some manipulation, there is a place.
All the charm of dividing an apartment into certain zones is not in the division itself, but in the results: thanks to the competent approach of places for storing books and things, there is much more.
A long construction that runs along the entire apartment and divides it into two parts simultaneously is also the place where the bed folds, creating from the bedroom a living room and a desk for books. In addition to these functions, it has a built-in bar, children's toys are also stored there.
Thus, in essence, this is the main element in the apartment, linking all the zones into a single whole.
The whole area of the apartment is divided into 4 parts. Two technical areas - a bathroom and a kitchen and two living areas - a nursery and a large room that can function as a bedroom or as a living room.
The kitchen resembles a European cafe thanks to dark shelves. The child is originally designed: sheathed with plywood and has a large window, and therefore quite light.
