Today we will talk about the House of Heritage in Sydney. Recently, the development of an extension in a modern style to an existing house was completed. This project was handled by a team of architects from Rolf Ockert Design. A two-story building on 26th Northern Avenue was built for a young family with a child. The project was based on the fact that the neighboring neighboring house was too small. Its total area was only 100 square meters, this did not allow full use of the entire functionality of the structure, so I had to resort to this decision.
Old and new buildings are very different in style. The first is sustained in strict classics, has one level, and the finishing material for the facades was brick. The new building is made of gray wooden gum in style minimalism. In addition, it involves breaking down walls into rectangular elements. However, the main feature of this project is the design solution of its interior, original and stylish.
Thanks to the active use of color, you can feel comfortable in any room, while ignoring the sober assessment of its exterior. The living room is very large and bright. Entering it, you immediately tune into a good-natured mood. The walls are decorated with various paintings that hang in a chaotic manner.
