Nissan was the first car manufacturer to create SmartWatch designed specifically for NISMO drivers tuned cars from Nissan. Presented at the 2013 Frankfurt International Motor Show, the NISMO SmartWatch Concept has the ability to wirelessly connect to the onboard computer of the car, providing it with real-time biometric data. Smart watches control the pulse and brain activity, they are also able to track PR heart rate intervals, which helps to identify fatigue at an early stage. The electroencephalogram of brain activity shows the level of concentration and emotions. For more accurate indications, the parameters of the body's basic temperature and the level of hydration are removed.

The device is connected to the machine via Bluetooth wireless technology with low power of communication. The wearable device will be available in three colors - black, white and in black and red. The design of the watch was made in the form of a ring with minimalistic features. A simple user interface will allow you to control the clock using two buttons. The concept is attached to the driver's wrist by means of a simple snap-in mechanism. Lithium battery, allows you to use the device for seven days under normal conditions of use.

The concept is able to output accurate information about the route, average fuel consumption, speed and other parameters of the car. In the future, all the collected biometric information will help significantly improve the safety of the driver. Relying on the data received by the SmartWatch car will analyze the degree of risk and take control of itself when necessary.
