An interesting idea of the interior for small apartments is realized by the designers of the American studio FTA.
Architects demonstrated unlimited possibilities of design on the example of an apartment located in an old building built in 1934. Originally, the project of the house was developed by Piero Portaluppi, who designed the building as a family residence.
This 5-storey building is located in the area of Sant Ambrogio streets in Milan. To implement the design intent at the disposal of the authors was a room area of 158 square meters. FTA specialists took as a basis absolutely white background, special expressiveness is attached to the mosaic color prints in the corner of the living room.
White walls perfectly convey the concept of designers. The open space without any partitions separating the living room from the kitchen is filled with natural light.
The floor of this spacious and well ventilated bungalow is covered with brown wooden parquet. Through sliding glass doors you easily find yourself on the terrace. Its area is about 82 square meters, it smoothly flows into the apartment and perfectly complements the general concept of open space.
Going down to the first floor, we find ourselves in a room of 50 square meters. You can call it a book bungalow. Adheres to it is a clearly delineated kitchen area. Again, the white color fills the space. His radiance is interrupted only by wooden bookshelves and a stepladder, thanks to which any book is at arm's length.
The apartment is in an area called by the name of the church. It's wrapped in white. There is no doubt that this small piece of the house is a heavenly oasis. While creating a design, FTA artists definitely pulled out a page from a sacred book. It turned out a real treasure of treasure.
