Experts of the company Perspective tried to create in a small apartment near Moscow a young lady a bright spacious interior with notes of romance and charm.

To this end, the home made a radical redevelopment, which allowed the masters to apply in design all their boundless imagination.

One-bedroom apartment of 49 m2 is located on the 15th floor of a new building. They have a small loggia and a combined bathroom.

The interior was arranged by the order of the hostess herself with the exact observance of all the conditions she presented to the performers:

• the maximum amount of light;
• mandatory organization of a separate sleeping area;
• canopy;
• a cozy living room for friends;
• the presence of bricks in the interior.

Due to the fact that the design of the dwelling was designed taking into account the visual expansion of space, had to apply some cardinal changes in the initial layout of the apartment:

• increase in the space of the bathroom due to part of the hallway;
• Transfer of the opening of the entrance door to a more convenient place;
• elimination of additional passage to the kitchen from the corridor, which allowed to significantly increase the space of the bathroom and change the configuration of the hallway zone;
• installation of a "hidden door" in the role of the entrance to the living room;
• erecting a podium in the sleeping area, which helped to visually allocate space;
• warming and joining the balcony to the kitchen, which greatly increased the useful area of ​​the room.

The main idea of ​​apartment arrangement is a large amount of fresh air, maximum space, ease, romance and immense imagination. Add light and volume was possible thanks to the snow-white decoration of walls, floor and ceiling.

A graceful accent in the form of a colorful turquoise chair, bright pillows on the couch, a unique refrigerator and an original kitchen arch helped to form a delicate gentle atmosphere on a clean airy background.

If you look, you can notice female participation in the design of the apartment. Luxurious bathroom lighting, a large mirror in the bedroom, as well as spectacular cabinet facades in the hallway provided the young mistress with a rich reflection system in the apartment.

Storage racks for storage of things and accessories were taken out into the corridor to save even more space in the living room. Virtually all pieces of furniture were purchased at IKEA stores.

An effective author's element was a fireplace, made of gypsum plasterboard raw materials. He harmoniously blended into the interior and filled the space with home warmth and comfort.
